These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Crazy Gardenz [PTY-LTD] ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

a.) Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

b.) Pricing: All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rands) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes and shipping, which will be added at checkout.

a.) Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

b.) Payment: Payment must be made in full before the shipment of products unless an alternative payment method has been arranged with a sales representative. We accept Debit and Credit card payments, and Cash-on-delivery (only if arranged with a sales representative).

a.) Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Gauteng, with that being Johannesburg and Pretoria. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the products ordered. 

b.) Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

We pride ourselves on crafting durable, high-quality concrete furniture designed to withstand the rigours of both indoor and outdoor use. However, while concrete is an incredibly strong material, it is not indestructible. Improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions can result in damage that is outside of our control. If you ever want to move the concrete furniture, we recommend allowing our team at Crazy Gardenz to assist you. Below are the terms regarding Customer Responsibility and our policies on Product Damage due to misuse:

a.) Customer responsibility for care and use: Once a product has been delivered and correctly installed by our team, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care and maintenance. It is essential to follow all provided care guidelines to ensure longevity and performance. These guidelines are available on every product page, on our website. Failure to follow these guidelines can significantly reduce the lifespan of your concrete furniture, leading to potential damage or breakage.

b.) Misuse Leading to Damage: Concrete products are heavy and sturdy but must be handled with care to avoid damage. Examples of misuse that may cause breakage or cracking include, but are not limited to: 

  • Placing or dragging the furniture across uneven surfaces (such as grass, sand, stones or pavements).

  • Dropping heavy objects onto the surface.

  • Use of harsh chemicals or cleaning agents not approved for concrete surfaces.

Please note that concrete, like all materials, has a certain tolerance. Ignoring proper usage can compromise the structural integrity of the product, leading to cracks, chips, or complete breakage.

c.) Damages During Installation or Placement: It is critical that our products are placed and installed correctly. We highly recommend using our team of professional movers and installers to move your products, especially for larger pieces such as tables or benches.

Please note: any damage incurred during customer-led installations, or improper placement (caused by setting up or moving it yourself) will not be covered under warranty.

d.) Limited Warranty and Exclusions: We stand behind the quality of our products with a limited warranty of 3 months (from the day the product is delivered) that covers manufacturing defects and improper installation from our team for a specified period. However, this warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect.

  • Surface-level scratches, chips, or stains caused by improper cleaning techniques.

Any claims for damages must be accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of how the issue occurred.

Please note: we reserve the right to inspect the product before determining the validity of the claim.

e.) No Refunds or Replacement for Misuse: We do not offer refunds, replacements, or repairs for items damaged due to misuse or mishandling. If damage occurs as a result of actions outside our recommended use and care instructions, any requests for assistance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee any compensation.

f.) Customer Acknowledgement: By purchasing any concrete furniture from Crazy Gardenz, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and assumes full responsibility for the appropriate use and care of their products. In the event that damage occurs due to improper handling, installation, or maintenance, the customer agrees to cover any repair or replacement costs as applicable.

Please remember that concrete furniture, while durable, requires mindful care to maintain its beauty and function for years to come. Following our care instructions and treating your furniture with respect will help avoid any unnecessary damages.

a.) Returns: We accept returns within 1 day(s) of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b.) Refunds: Once your order is placed and has been processed, you (the customer) losses 30% of your refund off the total amount of your order. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and will reflect in your account within 7-21 days (excl. weekends, if not sooner.

c.) Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, if you are unable to do so, we will deduct the necessary amount from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

d.) Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Our products come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, natural disasters, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy Gardenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our products; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Where are you based?
    Our warehouse where all our orders are dispatched from is located in Cleveland, Johannesburg. However, we are an online business and are open to viewings via appointment only. Please contact our sales team here to see how you can book an appointment with us.
  • Do you have a return or refund policy?

  • Is there a warranty on your products/services?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards, a variety of EFT options, scan to pay using your digital bank wallet and 1voucher which is a payment solution for cash customers in South Africa. All our payments are managed by Peach Payments.
  • Do you offer delivery or shipping?
    Yes we do, our team of professionals offer shipping for a flat rate of R350.00 anywhere around Johannesburg. Our delivery team also help in setting up your products free of charge upon arrival (if need be). Please note: Deliveries made outside of Gauteng come at a custom rate, please contact our sales team for further information.
  • How long does shipping take?
    All orders are dispatched around Johannesburg in 5-10days, if not sooner. A sales representative will update you every step of the process, right up to when our delivery team arrives at your doorstep.
