Cleaning and Maintainance
Wipe or spray the surface of the concrete to remove dust, dirt, algea or debris. Avoid using any abrasive materials like steel wool or rough sponges, as these may scratch the surface.
Proper Handling
Lifting: Always lift the furniture when moving it—never drag it across surfaces. Dragging may cause scratches, cracks, or even structural damage. Due to the weight of the furniture, we recommend using at least two people for lifting or, if possible, it is better to reach out to us and we will send our delivery team to assist you(additional charges may apply).
Weight Limits: Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity of the furniture. Overloading can cause stress to the structure, leading to cracks or breaks.
Once your concrete furniture has been delivered and set up by our delivery team, we ask that you inspect their work and the product itself, full responsibility for its care and use lies with the customer once our team leave your property. It is crucial to follow the Care Instructions provided to ensure the product’s longevity. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or warranty claims resulting from:
Misuse or mishandling of the product by customers.
Neglect in following care and maintenance guidelines.
Accidents, such as dropping heavy items on the furniture.
Improper use, such as exceeding the recommended weight capacity or using harsh cleaning chemicals.
